The Controller will report directly to the President and act as a key member of the Management Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monthly P&L preparation/ Account reconciliation
- Monthly reporting
- A/P & Payroll
- A/R & Credit Management
- Cash Management
- Financial Analysis
- Annual Budget creation & management
- Budget Control/ Cost Control
- Inventory Control
- Process review, improvement and maintenance
- Annual & Quarterly Tax Preparation
- Coordination with external auditors
- Supervise and manage direct reports
- Human Resources
- Workers Comp
- Group Insurance
- New Hire Intake
- Attendance
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance with Accounting
- Total of ten years accounting experience including a minimum of 4+ years of cost accounting & inventory control
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to link and analyze plant operational metrics to financial performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of modeling and data analysis.
- Must be fluent in Excel and/ or Access data extraction, manipulation and analysis
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and database management
- CPA Certification required.
