Our MOQ varies depending on bag size, thickness, and complexity. Generally, our MOQ starts around 5,000-10,000 pieces or 500 pounds, depending on product specifications and printing requirements.
Yes, we can usually provide non-printed sample bags upon request so you can review quality. For printed samples, plate and setup charges apply, and for highly custom items, others fees or minimums may apply.
Production lead times vary, though an average is generally 3-6 weeks from approval of artwork. Complexity of the product may affect lead times. For first-time printed orders, expect extra time for art approval and plate-making.

Yes. We can print up to 8-color artwork. Printing costs depend on the number of colors and complexity. Each color requires a separate plate, and plate charges are one-time. It is important to remember that white and black are both considered colors. Once the plates are made, re-orders will not incur new plate charges.

“Spot” printing applies PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors in a series of stages, one color per stage. “Process” overlaps tiny dots of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK) ink onto the film to create an image. Click here to explore the differences.
